Before meeting Marilyn Jones, I thought the words "wiki," "twitter," and "tweet" were the names on my sons' Pokemon cards. I had never had an e-meeting and I was afraid of the term "webinar." Marilyn has shown me how to use all of these social media tools to make my work as an editor and a program manager simpler, clearer, and more efficient. Thanks for opening up such exciting possibilities.

Starting a new website is a daunting task and can lead to some confusion on where to start and what to do.  Thanks to your help we have hit the ground running with the new website.  By showing us how to maintain our own website and edit content ourselves, we are able to maintain our site better, faster and for a far lower cost.  I was very happy with the skills you have shared and equally impressed with the efficient editing process you demonstrated.  I was very pleased with how easy the system is to learn simply by using it.  I look forward to being able to develop the site further in the future, and the path you have set us on is probably the most ideal for a non-profit group with modest financial resources.
