We're on the move to offer new services

We are in the midst of moving this and our other websites to a new web host over the next two weeks, from January 18 to 30, 2010. A new web host will enable us to better serve the needs of our website publishing and newsletter publishing clients at www.rivercityproductions.ca. With a new host we will be able provide CPanel access and training as part of a more complete website publishing solution so they can easily, cost effectively and independently manage important aspects of their website domain.

We're also moving to to another host that better supports the CMS we use so our sites will download faster. A new web host will enable us to publish a project we've been working on in our spare time for the last year -- a searchable directory of Media in Alberta integrated into the website. Currently we are using an expensive hosted solution that requires monthly fees. We recently discovered that our current web host does not support the free and open source software we want to use for this project. Our new host does. So, we're moving.
